FAQ's

What is Toddler, Kid, & Family Yoga?

Yaya Yoga CA's classes are all modified to fit the needs of the developmental level of the child. YYCA's Yoga is taught in a fun and progressive way in which children learn how to use breath in combination with asana movement. Each yoga lesson is designed to meet the diverse needs of each student including those students in which their main language is other than English. While having fun, students will learn techniques that build strength, concentration, and mindfulness. With a consistent yoga practice students will begin to learn to translate this into their everyday lives. Check out more details about each style of yoga in our "About" page.

One session is 3 - 14 weeks on average per class. Classes can be scheduled for once a week. The full session can be paid for upfront or on a monthly basis.  * Pricing varies according to host space.  Contact Vanessa for pricing information at 415-310-2767 or email at yayayogaca@gmail.com
