In this 45 minute family style Glow in the Dark Yoga class, we will explore mindfulness & yoga practices to fun, upbeat music! The class will be illuminated with blacklights and glowsticks to enhance the experience! After yoga, we'll enjoy a glow dance party and opportunity to take glow photos with a fun backdrop! Kids ages 2+ are welcome to join the class with their adults!
