Flower Pose 

How toSit on the floor with your back straight and the bottoms of your feet on the floor. Place your arms underneath your knees. Exhale, and lift your feet off the floor, keeping you knees wide and back straight. Move your feet and hands to show your petals blowing in the wind and do "whoosh" breath.
Benefits: Builds core strength, develops coordination, and improves balance.
